Network-wide, without an integration project.
Bellator rolls out across every practice in your system without touching the EHR. It keeps referrals in network, gets post-discharge follow-up booked, and takes referral chasing off your staff.

Referrals stay in network.
Matching follows your physicians’ preferences and your network first.
Fewer empty slots.
Reminders and rebooking cut no-shows; open slots get filled.
Follow-up that happens.
Post-discharge appointments get made and kept.
No more chasing referrals.
Bellator makes the calls, waits on hold and follows up, so your coordinators’ time goes to patients.
Full value from the first referring physician.
Because Bellator works by phone, no one else has to be on the platform. A referring provider with Bellator gets every referral worked to a booked visit, whichever office answers and whatever system it runs.
Referring providers
A login to the provider portal.
Refer out and manage incoming requests in one place. Nothing to install, no EHR work.
Receiving providers
Nothing to adopt.
In network or out, they take a phone call like any other. Using the portal or connecting a calendar is optional.
Your system
Analytics from the first referral.
Every referral tracked, and the network behind it mapped, as soon as physicians start using it.
Demo data.
See every referral, and the network behind it.
Which offices answer, which take which insurance this month, who has capacity, and where referrals are leaving your network. Knowledge that compounds with every call.
We are not in the data business.
Patient identity is kept only as long as the appointment it serves, then removed. Transcripts are de-identified as they are recorded. The operational record of every coordination belongs to the health system. We will never sell patient data.
One fee per booked appointment.
No licences, no seats, nothing to integrate. A single line item that scales with use and stops the day you stop. Nothing books, nothing is charged.
Questions we hear
Do we need to integrate with our EHR?
No. Bellator works by phone, and through a web portal that needs only a basic login. Practices use the portal to manage their inbound and outbound referrals; patients can complete intake by phone or on the web. We can integrate with your EHR or calendars, but nothing depends on it.
What happens when it can’t book?
It retries or tries another office. If it is still blocked, it gathers what is missing from whoever has it and escalates to the right person to carry it forward. Nothing is dropped silently.
What do receiving offices hear?
An AI assistant that says what it is, calls on the referring provider’s behalf, and has the patient’s details ready.
Who owns the data?
You own the operational record. Patient identity is deleted once the visit has happened.
